specifically for the Pastoral Services Department. However, a hospital must provide

*help health professionals acquire and maintain the knowledge and skills they
need to care for patients;
*support clinical and management decision making;
*support performance improvement;
*satisfy research-related needs; and
*educate patients and families. |
